THE CHALLENGE!!!

So I was just noising around on the internet when I came across this. The Internet Movie Database has a top 250 movies of all time. I thought to myself that I already have all the time in the world so why not just throw in a challenge for 2011. I know that we are already in by almost 4 months, but that just makes it more fun. Some Q&A

1. If you have pets, do you see them as merely animals or are they members of your family? Yes I have two cats and a dog and yes they are apart of our family.

2. If you could have a dream come true, what would it be? Tim and I to be done with college and at our dream jobs. Married and have a house already bought that we can grow into.

3. What would you do with a billion dollars? Buy a big house and a better car for me.

4. What helps to pull you out of a bad mood? These days it a long walk

5. What is your bedtime routine? Putting Audrinna to be between 9 and 10 (just whenever she falls asleep) and if Tim and I don't do anything I usually lay down on the couch to watch shows and fall asleep shortly after that. Tim wakes me up when he goes to bed.

6. What activities did you do in High School? Cheer leading, I didn't have time for other things.

7. What kind of books do you read? I don't read books, but I have always loved the love stories and not those into details sex books that older women read.

8. How do you see yourself in 10 years? Married with more siblings for Audrinna. I can't put a number on it, but I grew up with 3 sisters and 1 brother, plus my 2 nieces and nephew lived with us. So you can guess that I want a big family. Sorry Tim!!! haha

9. What’s your fear? Dieing

10. Would you give up all junk food for the rest of your life for the opportunity to see outer space? No

11. What’s the first thing you do when you wake up? Hang out with Audrinna seeings she is the one always waking me up.

12. If you could change one thing about your significant other, what would it be? That he would get more enjoyment about doing things outside with us. I don't like just going on a walk down the street, I go on 3 mile walks. And he doesn't like it.

13. If you could pick a new name for yourself, what would it be? I don't really know the answer to that. I did have the chance to do it at one time, but chose not to cause of the confusion.

14. If you had to choose between six months of sun or six months of rain, what would you choose? um SUN. Who wouldn't!!!

15. If you could only eat one thing for the next 6 months, what would it be? I can't pick just one thing, but I could totally live off of fruit!!!

16. What is the thing you enjoy about blogging the most? Being able to put together little stories for Audrinna to look at in the future.

17. Do you prefer salty or sweet foods? Salty

18. What items are in your purse right now? Hard Drive, a couple of netflick movies, wallet, one of Audrinna's yellow poke a dot bows, and a bunch of trash.

19. Name three things on your bucket list. Take Audrinna to Disneyland, Just our family take a vacation away from here, and go to Europe

20. What do you watch on television that you know you shouldn’t? Family Guy. Tim and I only watch it when Audrinna is sleeping though.

8 MONTHS OLD!!!!

I cannot believe that she is this old today!!! Time flies when you are oh so busy!!!



Weight- !6 lbs and 10 oz



Length-? Haven't been updated on that yet, but I'm pretty sure she is longer!!



Eating- Still eating a fruit, vegetable, bowl of ceral= 4 to 5 oz of formula, three 8 oz bottles of formula a day, and a juice bottle every other day. She gets to eat her puffs twice a week. I'm trying to do it more, but it is just getting harder and harder to fit it in to her busy life!!!



Clothes- FINALLY 6-9 month clothes, size 4 shoes



Teeth- WOW so much has changed from last month. Three top teeth almost four, and four bottom teeth.



Naps- Still likes the two naps a day, but lately she has only been getting the one and just going to bed early.



Likes- EVERYTHING!!!!



She has gone from the scooting to the crawling when she feels like it!!!



We have cleaned and baby proofed so far what she can get ahold of. I think that she freaks out when she is outside of the living rooom. She just sat in the hall way and cried today- one cause it is a new place and she was scared and two she wasn't feeling good.



IT'S OFFICIAL- We are going through our first ear infection!!! Not to happy, but I do love the snuggle time. Mommy and Baby spent this weekend sick together. We both had colds and ear infections. But now she has ended up with a bad cough. Like mother like daughter!!! hahaha

Hanging with the family!

Our family has just been relaxing at home. Hoping that it gets warm soon cause we are all going crazy stuck in this house all the time.

Grandpa bought Audrinna Bambi. Dad put it in hoping that she would watch it. I don't think she is quite ready yet.

Well it is time for another nap so I'm off to put her down. But until next time.......

I wouldn't change it for anything!

I was trying to pick up everything possible that Audrinna could and would ruin, in our house at this point is everything!! Then I did notice that a lot of the things is hers!!!



Am I the only one that while taking a shower looks down to see Cinderella, Snow White, and Bell looking up at me. I feel so violated!! haha



Let alone when you walk into our living room Audrinna seems to have a whole wall dedicated to herself. Her blanket with her couch and toys on top of it. But yet we seem to have toys all over the living room. Thanks to our hardwood floor she just might never crawl and just jump into walking!!! She scoots everywhere dragging along anything and everything. I have come up with this nifty idea of using the diaper box to hold everything that we need for the night time bath time. Diapers, wipes, lotion, and baby powder. I don't know how many times I have found her taking her diapers out of there and throwing them all over the floor!!! Yep she is becoming a big girl!!



The bath has been baby proofed all except the cat box in which I think we just might have to move it to our bedroom so she get into it. The pink tub that they use in the hospital was taken home and now holds her baby wash, shampoo, and bath toys.



I'm a bigger saver on memory things only cause I don't have these things and I would have liked to have something to call my own from my birth. So I do what every mother does, fill out the baby book every time something new happens and when a new tooth comes in. I think that will be something nice to look back on!!! I even took one of her bags from her baby shower and filled it with everything from her birth. Her hat that they put on her after she was born, one of her blankets that she was given to me in, cards from her baby shower, umbilical cord dried(yes I do check to make sure there is no mold), and etc from the hospital.



I do love looking at the high chair that I'm hoping that we can use more than once a week. She will only sit in it if she is feeding herself!! I guess that's good but now we have turned to feeding her in her bumbo and sometimes when she wants to be difficult on the floor.



I'm excited about getting her room cleaned up so that she can have her toys in there instead of all over the living room. And that the fact that I can get my TV back!!!
